I heard how good SF service was so after a bad experience with another insurance I decided to visit Ben. I was willing to pay extra to get better service and I might have even told Ben that. He was able to get me a better rate and the service so far has been worth paying extra. That was many years ago. Plus they have an actual office with awesome staff. Not sure what else I could ask. Highly likely i will never change insurance.
